    Be kind and courteous.
Remain respectful of other members at all times. This is a non-judgemental and open space, any negative remarks around race, religion, gender, sex, sexual orientation, disability, age or any other aspect of a person’s identity will not be acceptable

    Use appropriate and respectful language.
Do not use terms or swear words that some members may find offensive. All posts must be professional and courteous.

Be descriptive and use logical but comprehensive topic names
Use a descriptive topic name when requesting a new group and or creating a new discussion in a certain group. Give a short but comprehensive summary of your question, so that your question is clear to other members.

Use this group for the intention it is meant
Please make sure that your questions/discussions are posted in the right group. Please check the already existing discussions within this group. Maybe your question is already answered in another discussion.

No Spam / Advertising / Self-promote in these groups
The RRC defines spam as unsolicited advertisement for goods, services and/or other websites; or posts with little or completely unrelated content. Do not spam the groups with links to your site or product, or try to self-promote your website, business or other forums etc.

Do not post “offensive” posts, links or images
Any material which constitutes defamation, harassment or abuse is strictly prohibited. Material that is sexually obscene, racist or discriminatory is not permitted on these groups/discussions. This includes user pictures.

    Do not post copyright-infringing material
Make sure that the research and data you share is open access.

    Do not cross-post questions
Please refrain from posting the same question in several groups/discussions.

    Report misuse of RRC
You can report another member of the RRC to the hosts when the member is not following the rules. If a member is reported by other members more than 3 times, that said ember will be blocked.

What happens if I break a rule?
If you break a rule, then you will either be warned or banned from the RRC by one of the hosts. A ban of your user account may either be temporary or permanent. The administrators also have the right to edit, delete, move or close any thread or post as they see necessary, without prior warning.
